Omg, this is stunning, I found a baby forest kingfisher today,it had been abandoned by its parents and i have no idea wh at to do with it. It is amazing, it looks a lot like this bird, only more babyish

No one would take it. :( so we fed it and it got healthier really quickly. But we had to release it. It was hurting himself trying to get out. And he could fly really well. We havnt seen him for a while. :( but, we helped him to live, so I am happy that I at least made his life a bit longer than it would have been. :)

Locally SG have a similar looking one, tho not as beautiful, its called Collared Kingfisher. :)
