It's about 3900-4000m above sea level. But we have to take to take a cable car up to that mountain range, then we can explore ourselves from there onwards.
Our main aim is to go for the Glacier Park (冰川公园), but it was closed due to strong winds that day (Beaufort scale 7-8), and safety as it is needed to travel up via cable car. Which makes a very disappointed me, but for safety wise there's no choice. Even when we decide to go for the next highest choice, 牦牛坪 at 3900m+ we can feel the cable car wavering around due to the wind. And we are literally blown off by the gale at some point during our trekking at the meadow (even when we are holding each other + holding to wooden logs along the walkway), we got blown off several steps.

Rather than the "tour-group" type.
But yes, do go!
It's a nice sight!
