Firstly, thank you
for a 3 months deviantART membership!
Now I can start posting photos on journal posts! XDD! (and I will start right with this journal XD!)
Maybe some of you guys (and ladies) notice my new webcam photo, and wondering what's that.
They are cosplayers from Korea, Tasha
(one half of the Korea WCS team for this year) and Miyuko
, showcasing (human framing XD) one of my photos at the recently ended Korea SICAF convention.
(Many thanks to Lee-san and the cosers for making this shot possible! I hope to be able to make it to Korea conventions next year!)
I also watched The King's Speech
recently, really awe by this show.
The emotions and expressions that are brought out by the 2 actors, and how they show the tension and feelings.
And of course, the visual style, framing/perspective, and cinematography are really great, quite inspired by it that I want to try it in future shoots.
I recommend anyone who hasn't watch this yet, go give it a try!
Done a short interview with
recently, feel free to check it out here. [link]
Admist all the current tasks on hand, I still owe Cristian an article on portrait photography (cosplay-wise) for the upcoming issue (if I remember correctly).
Will give it to you soon, buddy!
---Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt THE WORST ALBUM
Even if you don't like the music, I bet the cover would get your attention!
All those fans of Mogra on Ustream and Teddyloid will definitely love this, I like those Teddyloid mixes on this album!
But definitely can't beat one of the live on Mogra, No Pan Night!! P&SwG party @MOGRA!
Epic night that was, when we are watching/listening to the stream.
Will be meeting a buyer tomorrow to buy his Nikon TC-20E III
Now I can start shooting some sports (soccer and rugby) and animals, in good light.
(Hoping to be able to get media pass to shoot my hometown soccer club, Tampines Rovers' home matches.)
Definitely can't compared to all those pro primes (200/300/400/500/600mm lens), but at the price of this TC, used on my current 70-200mm lens is really doable.
Most likely going to get a low-end watch for all-round purposes (work, social, waterproof, etc...), a blue Orient Mako II
